Daniel Saxena promoted to Partner

Vorndran Mannheims Capital (VMCap), a leading private equity fund advisor in the German-speaking countries, has announced its year-end promotions today and is delighted to welcome Daniel Saxena as new Partner to its senior investment management team. Based in VMCap’s Swiss office, Daniel Saxena joined VM Cap as Investment Director in 2010 and has been working on acquisitions, portfolio- and exit-management across VM Cap’s investment portfolio with a focus on the technology sector. In this role Daniel Saxena has been the responsible Investment Director for VMCap’s portfolio company exceet Group SE and has recently also assumed responsibility for Rioglass Solar and Thomas Krenn.AG together with his Partner colleagues.

Before joining VMCap, Daniel Saxena worked in the Investment Banking Divisions of Salomon Smith Barney, Deutsche Bank and a Munich based corporate finance boutique on a number of M&A transactions, IPOs, and financing transactions mostly in the technology sector. Daniel Saxena holds a Master Degree from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany.
